Carrying out community consultation processes

The ongoing transformation of the mental health system requires the participation of a wide range of stakeholders. At its best, the community consultation process provides an opportunity for all stakeholders to have a voice, to highlight issues, describe the future as they see it and help shape an agreed strategic direction for their community of interest.
